Q. Do you provide free estimates?
A. We are happy to offer you a free estimate. Contact us for an appointment and the company owner will visit your residential or commercial property and give you an accurate cost for your painting or other improvement project.
Q. What do we need to do to prepare for our interior painting project?
A. When a work crew arrives at your house to paint interior spaces you should have removed all artwork and photos from your walls. We can move larger pieces of furniture to the middle of the room, and we make sure the flooring and all of the belongings left in the room are protected with drop cloths. To help us get started more quickly, we ask that you remove all items from dressers, desks and tables in the room to be painted, and take down all window treatments.
Q. Do I need to fix the holes in my walls before you come and paint?
A. We can fill in small holes, cracks and other imperfections in your walls and ceilings before we prime and paint. Let us know when we are estimating your project’s cost if you need us to make larger drywall or wood repairs – we have skilled carpenters on our work crew and can also install wood paneling or crown molding prior to painting.
Q. How long will it take to paint my house/building?
A. We have painted everything from residential cottages to large factories, and the length of time we spend on a project depends on required preparation, intricacy of the work, the surface we are painting, and required deadlines a client might have because they are moving or run a commercial business. When we visit your property, we can give you an idea of how much time we need to complete your project thoroughly and neatly.
